- Job Description:
- As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for building a new team from scratch (0 to 20 team members in 12 months) for a new development initiative.
- You would be responsible to work with Project Managers on the Customer-side to uncover new opportunities & development threads.
- What will you do ?
- Mine and uncover new opportunities in the Customer Account by building relationships with Customer Project Managers.
- Act as an Single Point of Contact & first level of Escalation for all matters related to Delivery.
- Conduct Reviews with Customer Stakeholders for actions & risk mitigation.
- Work with the Hiring team to execute plans for building a new team including the Admin and HR Team.
- Create Contracts, review Timesheets & prepare Invoices.
- Connecting with the Hiring Team for profiles of candidates to be hired and interviewing them.
- Once in a while, trouble shooting and solving problems for customers.
