    1. SmallDay (Smallday IT Services Pvt Ltd.) a Bangalore based startup, is a niche Technology service entity, which amalgamates Digital revolution with chosen industry need, for optimized outcome with focus on software Product development.
  • Position: Software Developer.
  • Location: BTM, Bangalore. (When office starts). For now It will be remote.
  • Total requirements: 15
  • Eligible disciplines/branches: All
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    1. The student must be proficient in one of the technologies like Java, Python, PHP, C, C++,Linux, Objective C etc.
  • Selection Procedure:
    1. Online Aptitude test
    2. online test using Codechef
    3. GD: If the number of students cleared above two rounds is greater than 20.
    4. Neural Network, Azure, Blob storage(Knowledge), Docker
    5. Technical interview
  • Pay Package for B.TECH. / M.Tech / M Tech (R) /MCA / MBA / M.Sc:
    1. B. Tech/ M.Tech : Annual package of Rs. 3.5 lakh/ annum to Rs 4.8 lakh/ annum on completion of initial six-month training.
    2. During training stipend is- Rs 15,000/- pm.
    3. All joinee are eligible for ESOP on completion of 1 year and vested over 4 years.
    4. Annual Package includes 15% as performance bonus, payable yearly (80% company performance + 20% employee performance).
  • Service Contracts/Bond (if any): One Year or Rs 1 lakh.
